Directions:
From I-5: Take Exit 253 and go west toward downtown. Continue beyond the OR-22 turn-off on the bridge, staying in left lane for Mission St. After a total of 2.8 miles from I-5, turn right (North) onto Liberty Street. Drive 100 yards and immediately turn left onto Leslie Street, you will pass by the clinic on your left but proceed to Commercial Street to access parking. Turn left (South) on Commercial Street then take the first left into our parking lot.

From West Salem: Take Center Street Bridge/22 east across the river and follow exit for 99/22 onto Front Street (heading South). After 0.4 miles turn right (South) at Commercial Street (you will be turning off of 22/99) and proceed approximately 0.3 miles, you will pass Leslie Street on the left then make next left turn into our parking lot.
